Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING TIMES:

NATIONAL:

Shipping time for USA is 24 - 72 business hours for in-stock items. For “made to order” items, shipping time is 15 working days.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL:

Shipping time for international orders is 20 business days for in-stock items. For “made to order” items, shipping time is 25 business days. All customs charges will be borne by the customer.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

 

Request by mail to : web@kimonabyjp.com and wait to receive the return authorization number.

The first change is free of charge.

 

If you wish to exchange any of your garments for another size or another product, let us know via email and we will take care of everything.

 

Return costs:

 

USA (FL): The cost of the return will be borne by the customer and deducted from the amount to be returned.

- Home collection: 9,50€.

Rest of USA: 19,50€. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer and deducted from the amount to be returned.

1. Send an email to web@kimonabyjp.com with the subject: “International Return + Order number”.

2. We will send you a tracking number that you will have to indicate in a visible place on your package.

3. Send the package to KimonabyJP LLC (FL)

No returns will be accepted without a “DON'T CUT” label.

Products in the SPECIAL PRICE category or with DISCOUNT VOUCHERS: no refunds will be accepted. A non-expiring credit card will be issued.

OUTLETS products: no exchanges or refunds of any kind will be accepted.

SIZE EXCHANGES

You can change a garment size within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the receipt of the same. You will have to contact us through web@kimonabyjp.com indicating your order number and the new size you need.
